Auto Tech Requirements:
• Must own tools
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen**
• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 yrs automotive tech experience required
• ASE certifications and/or technical school a plus
Auto Tech Responsabilities:
• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
• Perform minor to complex repairs based on skill & certification level
• Perform predefined inspections and testing of automotive repairs
• Diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles
• Diagnose, and perform vehicle alignment services
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
• Provide friendly and effective customer service
• Maintain an organized and neat work area

*Automotive Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay and service commissions. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an annual rate. Variables include relevant experience, hours worked, certifications, and geographic location.
