Cannabis Delivery Driver

We are actively recruiting for a Delivery Driverr!

The Delivery Driver is directly responsible for delivering product throughout the state of Oregon. This position is also responsible for support with cannabis orders and fulfillment as needed.

Informed by a 'Balanced Scorecard' approach equally emphasizing People, Process/Technology, Customer and Finance the Delivery Driver ensures deliveries are accurate, timely, and delivered in a compliant manner, and with exemplary customer service.

Essential Functions

• Effectively and efficiently communicates with peers and management team to solve problems
• Positively collaborates with coworkers, celebrating success and overcoming opportunities

• Deliver product throughout the state of Oregon
• Plan ahead in order to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Verify payments and materials from customers upon delivery
• Interact with customers in a positive manner
• Maintain an understanding of our products and be able to communicate with customers regarding the products
• Support all organizational goals to deliver exemplary customer service.
• Foster a collaborative spirit that allows for excellent cross-functional work and results
• Assist department with orders and fulfillment when necessary
• Review invoices and product to ensure orders for accuracy
• Continually seek efficiency gains and cost-savings across designated function
• Other duties as assigned

• Clean driving record and ability to qualify for company vehicle insurance.
• Proficient at basic business math
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
• Must have integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills
• METRC experience preferred
• Marijuana Handler Permit must be acquired prior to start of employment
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel daily in retail and production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floors and, in some instances, staircases
• Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times daily
• Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as heavy foot traffic, background noise due to public conversations and the gathering of people, etc.
• Absent conditions that would prevent the occasional use of PPE such as safety glasses, masks, etc.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for several contiguous hours
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle for several hours contiguously.
