Job Title: Sr. Product Analyst

Job Type: Full Time

Location: On Site - candidate can be located in Miami, FL, Scottsdale, AZ, Newton, MA, Stamford, CT or Chicago, IL

Who You Are:

As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will play a key role in our product management and development process by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and product performance data to drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including commercialization, R&D, marketing, and sales to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

You will work at a national level as a critical support system for the organization's overall product strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze product performance data using various analytical tools and techniques.
  • Interpret data to uncover insights into user behavior, market trends, and product performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to visualize and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide recommendations for product positioning and feature enhancements.
  • Project opportunity sizing to validate new product initiatives using market size, forecasts, trends, and internal data to prioritize and align initiatives
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting and create custom tools for key product project priorities related to the product portfolio
  • Coordinate with the Analytics team on behalf of the product department related to internal data governance initiatives and product-related dashboards

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 - 8 Years of work experience in related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, Tableau, Thinkcell, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to transform complex findings into clear and actionable.
  • Experience working in cross functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Consumer Insights testing a plus.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with moderate supervision.
  • Internal candidates must be in their current role for 6 months or more for consideration.

Even Better If:

  • You have experience in cannabis and an understanding of cannabis products, brands, and categories.
  • You have experience with IRI or Neilsen-style retail data experience with BDSA.
