The Workday Global Partner Organization is focused on building a vibrant and growing economy with our partners, powered by our technology. The Partner Innovation team within GPO supports innovation within our partner ecosystem and helps partners build and deliver impactful solutions that drive joint success in the Workday Solution Marketplace.About the Role
The Partner Solution Development team provides technical advisory and co-development services to Workday partners that help them design and build compelling solutions. The team functions as the internal center of excellence for integration patterns and best practices for building on the Workday Platform, and as such combine the skills of a software architect, Workday integration expert, and project manager to help Workday partners define their initial design and build their solution.
The Software Solution Analyst is an entry level position on the Solution Development team. The role provides support services to our partners which include - tenant provisioning and management, addressing inbound support tickets, researching API documentation, and conducting design reviews for badging.

About You
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product support, customer success, account management or consulting for large, complex ERP, HCM, Financial, CRM or cloud computing system (SaaS preferred)
2+ years experience with web service technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, HTTP and SSL)
2+ years experience with XML technologies and standards (XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath)
It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English
Other Qualifications
BS or MS in a Technical Degree (ie. Computer Science, MIS) or equivalent technical work experience and acumen
Direct experience with Workday preferred, and experience in the Workday software alliances ecosystem a plus
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
Functional industry knowledge based on experience within retail, technology, or healthcare
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people and individuals at various levels within the organization
Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
Strong planning and organizational skills (project management experience is a must)
Cualificaciones básicas
Un mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en soporte de productos, éxito del cliente, gestión de cuentas o consultoría para sistemas ERP, de gestión de capital humano, financieros o de computación en la nube grandes y complejos (preferiblemente SaaS).
2 años o más de experiencia con tecnologías de servicios web (SOAP, REST, JSON, HTTP y SSL).

Bilingüe en español e inglés (excluyente).
Otras cualificaciones
Licenciatura o maestría en algún área técnica (p. ej., Informática, MIS) o experiencia laboral y conocimientos técnicos equivalentes.
Preferentemente con experiencia directa en Workday; se valorará la experiencia en el ecosistema de alianzas de software de Workday.
Excelente orientación al detalle, organización y habilidades analíticas.
