About the Team
The mission of the Global Legal Services (GLS) team is to enhance the Legal Organization’s support for Workday by focusing on simplicity, speed, and scale, thereby accelerating strategic growth and improving the customer experience. The team’s primary focus areas include developing business strategy for the Legal organization and operational alignment with larger Workday initiatives. Additionally, the team leads ground-breaking efforts in process optimization, resourcing, and risk management, while enabling operational efficiencies in technology management and data harmonization. The GLS team also focuses on developing skills-based training for the organization and providing solutions through effective project management, strategic analytics, vendor management, and budget coordination.About the Role
The Workday Global Legal Services (GLS) is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to play a role in aligning legal requirements with cross-functional business needs and supporting the Legal Strategy and Transformation team’s strategic goals of accelerating digital technology, AI/ML, and automation to improve efficiency and business intelligence capabilities.
In this role, the Senior Business Solutions Analyst will drive digital transformation, analyze business processes, lead business requirements for legal technology and business initiatives, implement technology solutions, optimize data usage and analytics, and support key Legal applications and services. This role will also collaborate the Workday Business Technology (BT) organization to define and implement key technology initiatives.

Using industry leading practices, this role will lead process analysis and optimization efforts, scope business requirements, align with the Business Technology (BT) teams, and be a critical component in driving technology and data initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years demonstrated ability within a Legal or corporate environment as a business-side operational resource.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Proficiency in project management, business process analysis, optimization, and automation tools.
Ability to compose and coordinate user acceptance testing documentation and processes
Strong understanding of legal processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in data management, and related system integration.
Advanced Salesforce experience in functionality and its interaction with third party systems.
Experience in contract solutions, processes, and technology. Conga CLM experience is a plus.
Proficiency in understanding and implementing AI solutions, including model development and deployment
Comfortable navigating and interacting in an agile-based development environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Exceptional social skills with ability to optimally translate sophisticated technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
Outstanding ability to build cross-functional relationships and serve as a business interface.
