About the Team

The Business Technology Go-To-Market Close team is seeking a dedicated highly motivated Product Owner to build, define, and drive the Salesforce-Conga quote-to-cash technology and feature development roadmap! This role will be responsible for defining our technical product roadmap, crafting an automated customer experience, and researching and developing new features and capabilities. The Product Owner will work hand-in-hand with business partners and Business Technology teams to drive the customer journey aimed at providing our sales, finance, legal, and product partners a cohesive experience across Workday.

About the Role

Program Management (Product Owner) - runs multiple strategic programs and projects; delivers on key achievements. Developing product strategy: Evaluate customer, competitive and market data to understand the market dynamics. Develop and articulate a product strategy and roadmap to meet the market needs.

Key Duties

  • Critical thinking and experience in defining product vision and strategy

  • Experience researching and prototyping new technical capabilities

  • Understand complex business processes across multiple workforces in a hyper growth company.

  • Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguity, and take conclusive action

  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members, management, customers and other partners at Workday

  • Work collaboratively with complex multi-disciplinary teams across all functions of the organization to ensure successful product development and launch

  • End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, and communication.

  • Leadership in uncovering the real problems and unpacking sophisticated ideas to a variety of audiences, from engineering to customers, in addition to, excellent communication and presentation abilities.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Owner experience

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience

Other Qualifications

  • Experience working closely with product managers to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce environment

  • Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and prioritize improvement requests

  • Workday experience is a plus

  • Ability to lead a project and timeline, taking vital actions to achieve results.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zones

  • Good organization and leadership skill

  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team including highly technical areas

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
