Weyerhaeuser, in Cottage Grove, OR has an open position for a Team Leader (Production Supervisor). This position is salaried and includes a full benefits package, including low-cost health insurance, and 401(k) company contribution of 5% and company match up to 3%.

The training period (length of time TBD) will consist of learning the business, spending time with people in various roles, coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training. This will involve job shadowing other Team Leaders who work various shifts, so you must be available to work any shift. At the end of the training period, you’ll be assigned to a shift – no choice on which one.
